Day 3 Animal Kingdom and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween

We spent day 3 at Animal Kingdom.  I think it's my favorite park.  They have great rides, incredible shows, and NO LINES! The last part is my favorite.
We started on the Triceratops Spin while Aiden and Lewis did the roller coaster next door.  It was one of the only rides Brooks couldn't do and he was bummed about it but had a good attitude.  I think we did it at least 6 times and no line at all.
Another ride they loved was the Dinosaur.  Lewis took a picture of the picture because Aiden was covering Brook's eyes.  He got so mad about missing the scary part that they had to go do it again.
We had great seats for the Nemo show.  It is a Broadway caliber performance not to be missed. We also really enjoyed the Lion King show again and saw the Bug Life 4 D show for the first time.  It scared Cate and Abby because it squirts you with water a few times and huge spiders come down from the ceiling.  At the end of the show they tell the bugs to leave first and it feels like bugs are crawling just under your seat. Gross!
We enjoyed seeing all the animals on the safari (elephants and ostriches in these photos).  The big kids also LOVED Expedition Everest and did it a whole bunch of times.  Cate got to go on the river rafting ride and liked it too.
While Lewis and the big kids were doing roller coasters we hit Africa and the train ride.
The parade was fun and we got to see lots of characters up close.

Cate was over the moon because Mickey waved to her from the float and she was holding her baby Mickey so he pretended to rock a baby.  She's still talking about that.

We left the park just as it was closing at 5 and picked up some dinner before heading to the Magic Kingdom for the Halloween party.

We rode some rides, did some trick or treating, and even danced with Woody and Buzz (and the horse but I can't remember his name at the moment).
The kids really had a great time and the little girls fell asleep at about 9 so we got to stay late and party it up.  It was a fun way to spend Halloween!
