Don't let her smile fool you. Lewis goes back on service today!!
That means:
1) we will be seeing him a lot less. Especially when he starts general surgery in July.
2) lots of nights on call
3) he gets to wear a long coat again and go by Dr. (a big huge step up)
4) he is done (except for 4 months of OMFS) with medical school and will officially be DMD, MD soon!!!
5) we only have a little over 3 years left of residency. yes WE.
But don't worry because I put him to work while I had the chance.
One project he's been working on is turning this:

and he's over halfway done already.
PEACE.

Very exciting! The MD part, not the general surgery part. David talked about general surgery so much Peter decided he also did general surgery, only he does his on Jet planes. He even has a pair of shoes he calls his "general surgery shoes." Good luck, and congrats! We feel your pain!
