Brooks is 24 lbs. and 33 inches long.
Favorite phrases are "I you mommy", "Oh, mannn"(swiper), "go bed yeh" (giving Aiden a time out)
Favorite song is "gweea baa" aka Jingle Bells
Favorite place is NOT the nursery, "My cwy mommy!"
Insists on doing things by himself. "My do!!!!!!" this can range from putting his own blanket on himself for naps or bedtime --very frustrating when you are tired--to putting on his own shoes--don't even try to help him here
Loves to "guggle"(snuggle) and loves to carry his wam (lamb) everywhere
Loves to make us laugh, copies everything we do or say. We love our little Brooksy, tantrums and all
Aiden is 4 1/2 and getting ready to start preschool next week.
She is as bossy as ever and at this moment is telling me I need to get off the computer so she can play games on it. She has found that the sesame street and nickjr. websites have games. That is my fault, but she loves to play them. She loves to watch tv and movies and is in a major dress up phase. She is obsessed with weddings and pretends to be a bride almost every day. She even has a bouquet. She is learning to read and loves to sound out words. She thinks I am completely incompetent half the time and feels like she should be the one running the show. Let's be honest, she was born that way. Aiden is a sweet girl with a tender heart. She doesn't like "scary" movies (any movie with any sort of bad guy) and does not like to see anyone suffer. We're so glad to have these two great, feisty kids in our family, we can't imagine life without them.

Oh Brooks. :) Jonah's favorite thing is to look at our friends blogs. He loves looking at Aiden and Brooks so much and is always asking to see them on the computer. He's constantly telling me that they are at their new house too--In "Abama". He so misses you guys--as do we.
Your Brooks and my Makenna sound like they would be quite a pair. That Home Depot behavior sounds oh so familiar. Especially the older sibling chase part. So much fun. Aiden is so cute. I love your description of her and your "incompetence." Too funny!
